Fire Damage – Chicago Home
Fire damage to this Chicago home was very severe as the before photo shows. It appeared to the homeowner and the insurance adjuster that the fire damage would require a total rebuild. SERVPRO of Marquette Park - West Lawn - Ford City was called in to assess the damages and potential remediation. We presented a plan that primarily involved restoration which would be less expensive than a total rebuild. The homeowner and insurance adjuster both approved of the plan. SERVPRO products and procedures were applied to the restoration project. The project was labor intensive, but still much less costly than a tear out and rebuild would have cost. Everyone was pleased with the results and the costs.
