Large Loss Event

The full measure of Team Zubricki, which encompasses more than 70 technicians over several franchises in the Greater Chicago area and Florida, met to deconstruct a significant large loss recovery event many of the individual production technicians were involved with last year. We used this to educate many of these employees about ways to improve performance and reach restoration milestones more quickly during these substantial disasters.

Team Zubricki remains focused on improving restoration timelines for the customers involved. Events like these allow us to look at every aspect of Large Loss events and what results in more comprehensive recovery and complete cleaning for the thousands of commercial properties our respective service areas represent. We stress the importance of businesses and facilities completing an Emergency Ready Profile Plan to designate SERVPRO as the rapid response professionals.

Slides throughout this video showcase the many faces that make up every level of our franchises, many of which contributed to individual seminars and courses. Programs included education on the organization of disaster relief efforts and the application of heavy equipment and advanced technologies to regulate conditions and get a business's doors open again quickly. Over several days, our SERVPRO team focused on:

• Step-by-step retracing in small groups
• PowerPoint presentations regarding safe and productive practices
• Niche training from field experts
• Classroom and outdoor settings for effective training

Patricia and Frank Zubricki promote a culture of consistent and continuous improvement, growth, and experience in each branch of our SERVPRO family. It has allowed us to become a heavily awarded restoration team for sales and customer satisfaction. Those that contributed the most to these efforts over the past year, sacrificing their time or going above and beyond for the customer, were acknowledged.
