Take a Calculated Risk on Outdoor Forgefire Globe Dining at the Lemont Quarries Southwest of Chicago

Enjoy a candlelit view of the historic Forge Quarry and Eight Towers Adventure with up to three dining companions in a climate-controlled globe January 29 through 31, 2021. Think nothing of the chill outside as you savor our specially curated menu -- appetizer, entree, side, salad, and dessert.

For your safety, we limit capacity and require reservations at least a week before your adventure.
