Who are the Zubricki's?

The family owned and operated SERVPRO location in Marquette Park is shown in this portrait of Patricia and Frank Zubricki, who are flanked by their three children Anthony and Amanda, on the left, and Stephanie, on the right. They are happy to receive the award on behalf of The SERVPRO team to recognize the team’s commitment to excellence in sales and service representing SERVPRO. The entire team of production technicians, sales reps, support, and office staff have earned this Award. Their dedication has made this achievement possible.

What is the 2020 Bronze Sales and Service Award?

While top service is always part of the standard service from SERVPRO, franchises that go above and beyond with detailed work and successful restorations of local properties post-water, fire, or mold damage get vaulted to the top. This standard of excellence by this family has resulted in the team being acknowledged by their parent umbrella company SERVPRO Industries LLC. This year, the Annual Convention was held at Disney World in Orlando, FL, where the team received the Bronze Icon Award for Outstanding Sales and Service, ranking in the top 15 out of over 1850 franchises. This SERVPRO franchise has been acknowledged as a top 100 franchise every year since 2012.

Helping the Marquette Park Community

The Zubricki’s support Marquette Park residential and commercial properties recover from all types of disasters through the use of their extensive training and experience handling all types of professional restoration, remediation, reconstruction, and other cleanup tasks. When they are not working within the community, the team is volunteering and donating to local charitable organizations and raising awareness to good causes such as the American Red Cross, Salvation Army, and NAIFA Chicago Southland. Additionally, Pat Zubricki is also on the Board of the Children’s Museum in Oaklawn, providing hands-on learning and fun to area youth.
