Team Zubricki trains hard and works harder!

Ongoing training and industry learning are imperative throughout the SERVPRO franchises. Team Zubricki is proud to bring multiple franchises together for training, such as a recent event held in Chicago. This training included SERVPRO of Marquette Park/West Lawn/Ford City and other area franchises and Florida teams.

Training went over techniques and instruction on best practices for providing excellent service, including presenters like:

• Project managers
• Franchise owners
• Construction technicians

This memorable event took place at our Chicago warehouse facility built to accommodate our Greater Chicago-area franchises. The warehouse itself is essential as a centralized location for storing all of our restoration equipment. It is perfectly sized to allow the flexibility of hosting training sessions of this scale.

Throughout the training, personnel broke into groups for office staff, sales, and production. Anyone unable to attend in person tapped into the training through Microsoft Teams. Our firm belief is that such ongoing training and bringing the employees of the Team Zubricki franchises together provides staff with knowledge and skills and helps foster a healthy company culture.
