Our Chicago SERVPRO of Marquette Park / West Lawn / Ford City Franchise Proudly Provides Emergency Support to Our Neighbors, Both Near and Far

In the wake of some of the most dangerous storms that our country has seen in quite some time, we at SERVPRO of Marquette Park / West Lawn / Ford City were tuned in to the devastation and destruction that was left behind. Since we first opened our doors to the area in 2009, we have always strived to offer the best service and treat every customer as though they were our priority: because every single one has been our priority. That culture and philosophy are what has allowed us to be voted into the top 100 franchises (out of over 1700) under the SERVPRO corporate umbrella in 5 of the last 8 years we have been in business. You have given us your trust, and our dedicated staff has shown you that it was not misplaced.

When hurricanes and damaging tropical storms decimated homes and businesses throughout the southern expanse of the United States, our entire Chicago staff knew that we had the equipment, the expertise, and the compassion to make a difference in relief efforts. We wasted little time dispatching a team to both Florida and Texas to help provide assistance wherever we could for those hit hardest by Hurricane Irma and Harvey.
 
For recognition of sending our Green Fleets down to aid those that needed us most, we received a thank you plaque from the corporate offices of SERVPRO who recognized our team as a Storm Responder. We humbly and graciously accept the accolade, though it was never about an award.
